التصفح لا يتطلب إنشاء حساب أو تقديم اسم. في نموذج الاستفسار تختار الخدمة وتكتب وصفًا مختصرًا؛ الاسم أو الجهة اختياريان. لا يرفع النموذج نصك إلى خادم الموقع ولا يقبل ملفات أو مدفوعات. يبقى النص في ذاكرة الصفحة ويزول عند إعادة تحميلها. يُحفظ اختيار اللغة في متصفحك، ويمكنك مسحه من إعداداته. لا تُدرج هويات أو معلومات صحية أو مالية حساسة أو بيانات عملاء أو مستندات سرية في الاستفسار الأولي. لطلب يخص طفلًا، يتواصل ولي الأمر دون بيانات تعريف الطفل.Browsing requires no account or name. The enquiry form asks for a service and a brief description; your name or organisation is optional. The form does not upload your text to the site server or accept files or payments. Draft text remains in page memory and clears on reload. Your language preference is stored in your browser and can be cleared in its settings. Do not include identity documents, sensitive health or financial information, customer data or confidential documents in an initial enquiry. A parent or guardian should contact us for a child-related request without identifying the child.
متى يصلنا الاستفسار؟When do we receive an enquiry?
زر المعاينة يجهز رسالة محليًا. فتح واتساب يشارك نص الرسالة مع خدمة واتساب الخارجية لتجهيزها، ولا تصل إلينا حتى تضغط إرسال هناك. تطبيق البريد يعرض الرسالة قبل أن تختار إرسالها. عند الإرسال قد نتلقى الاسم الظاهر ورقم الهاتف أو عنوان البريد ومحتوى الرسالة والمرفقات التي تضيفها. روابط المكتب القانوني تفتح موقعًا مستقلًا، ولا تنقل إليه بيانات طلبك تلقائيًا.Preview prepares a draft locally. Opening WhatsApp shares the draft text with the external WhatsApp service to prepare it; we receive it only when you press Send there. Your email app displays the draft before you choose to send it. Once sent, we may receive your display name, phone number or email address, message and any attachments you add. Law-office links open an independent site without automatically transferring your enquiry.

نعالج بيانات الاستفسار للرد عليك، وتقييم ملاءمة الخدمة، وإعداد نطاق وسعر عند الطلب، اعتمادًا على موافقتك. الاختيار قبل تجهيز الرسالة غير محدد مسبقًا، ويظهر نص الموافقة في المسودة التي تراجعها. لا تعني هذه الموافقة الاشتراك في التسويق. يمكنك العدول في أي وقت بالتواصل معنا؛ قد يتعذر حينها متابعة الرد الذي يحتاج تلك البيانات. لا يؤثر العدول على المعالجة السابقة المشروعة. أي تكليف لاحق يحدد بياناته والغرض منها والجهات المشاركة ومتطلبات الاحتفاظ قبل استلام ملفات التنفيذ.We process enquiry data with your consent to respond, assess service fit and prepare scope and fees when requested. The checkbox before draft preparation is not preselected, and the consent text appears in the draft you review. This is not a marketing subscription. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us; we may then be unable to continue a response requiring that data. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Any later engagement defines its data, purposes, participants and retention requirements before delivery files are received.
قياس استخدام الموقعWebsite usage measurement
نجمع أعدادًا يومية لفتح الصفحات والتفاعل مع الخدمات وأزرار التواصل، مع اللغة ومصدر عام للزيارة. تحفظ في Cloudflare D1 كمجاميع دون اسم أو بريد أو نص استفسار أو عنوان IP أو معرف زائر في قاعدة القياس. لا نستخدم ملفات تعريف ارتباط للقياس، ونحترم إشارات DNT وGPC. هذه المجاميع لتحسين الموقع وليست سجلًا لزوار فريدين أو إثباتًا لإرسال الطلب أو الشراء. قد تعالج الاستضافة سجلات اتصال وأمان منفصلة وفق سياساتها.We collect daily counts of page views, service interactions and contact-link clicks, with language and a general visit source. Cloudflare D1 stores aggregates without names, emails, enquiry text, IP addresses or visitor IDs in the measurement database. Measurement uses no cookies and respects DNT and GPC signals. These aggregates help improve the site; they are not unique-visitor records or proof of a sent enquiry or purchase. Hosting providers may separately process connection and security logs under their policies.
التخزين ومزودو الخدمةStorage and service providers
يعمل الموقع عبر Sites من OpenAI وبنية Cloudflare. تُستقبل مراسلات البريد عبر Google Workspace، والرسائل الهاتفية عبر WhatsApp. وقد تُستخدم أدوات العمل المتصلة في ChatGPT وWerify، عند تفعيلها، لقراءة مراسلات العمل وتلخيصها ومتابعتها بإشراف مقدم الخدمة. قد تعالج هذه الجهات البيانات على بنية دولية خارج المملكة؛ لا نَعِد بحفظ حصري داخل السعودية. تختلف الدول والنسخ الاحتياطية بحسب الخدمة وإعداداتها. يُحدد مسار معالجة مناسب قبل قبول ملفات تتطلب إقامة محلية أو حماية خاصة؛ لا ترسلها في الاستفسار الأولي.The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Email correspondence uses Google Workspace and mobile messaging uses WhatsApp. Connected work tools in ChatGPT and Werify, when enabled, may read, summarise and follow up business correspondence under the service provider’s supervision. These providers may process data on international infrastructure outside Saudi Arabia; exclusive Saudi residency is not promised. Countries and backups vary by service and settings. A suitable processing route must be agreed before accepting files requiring local residency or special protection; do not send them in an initial enquiry.

لا نبيع بيانات الاستفسارات ولا ننشر أسماء العملاء أو مراسلاتهم أو شهاداتهم دون إذن منفصل. يقتصر الاطلاع على مقدم الخدمة ومن يلزم لتلبية الطلب وفق صلاحيات محددة، وعلى مزودي الخدمة الذين يشغّلون قنوات التواصل والاستضافة. قبل إحالة بياناتك إلى متخصص لتنفيذ الخدمة، نوضح الجهة والبيانات والغرض ونطلب الإذن الملائم، ما لم يلزم الإفصاح بموجب نظام أو طلب مختص.We do not sell enquiry data or publish customer names, correspondence or testimonials without separate permission. Access is limited to the service provider, people needed for the request with defined permissions, and providers operating communication and hosting services. Before referring your data to a delivery specialist, we explain the recipient, data and purpose and obtain appropriate permission, unless disclosure is required by applicable law or a competent authority.
الاحتفاظ والحذفRetention and deletion
للاستفسارات التي لا تتحول إلى تكليف: تُحفظ المراسلات حتى إغلاق الاستفسار وانتهاء الحاجة للرد، وبحد أقصى 90 يومًا من آخر تواصل متعلق به، أيهما أسبق، ما لم يوجد موجب نظامي للاحتفاظ. تُراجع وتُحذف يدويًا من قنوات العمل والنسخ الواقعة تحت سيطرتنا؛ ليست هناك آلية حذف آلي مفعلة للبريد أو واتساب. ملفات التكليفات لا تُطلب عبر هذا النموذج، وتُحدد مدة الاحتفاظ بها بحسب نوع التكليف والالتزامات المنطبقة قبل استلامها. تحتفظ قاعدة قياس الموقع بآخر 90 يومًا وتُحذف المجاميع الأقدم آليًا عند وصول الحدث التالي. قد تبقى نسخ لدى مزودي الخدمة وفق مددهم وإجراءاتهم، ولا نمسح نسخًا في حساب المرسل.For enquiries that do not become engagements, correspondence is retained until the enquiry closes and the response purpose ends, or at most 90 days after the last relevant exchange, whichever is earlier, unless retention is legally required. Deletion from business channels and copies under our control is a manual process; automatic email or WhatsApp deletion is not enabled. Delivery files are not requested through this form; their retention is defined before receipt according to the engagement and applicable obligations. Site measurement retains the latest 90 days and automatically prunes older aggregates on the next event. Providers may retain copies under their own periods and procedures. We do not delete copies in a sender’s account.

يمكنك طلب معرفة كيفية استخدام بياناتك أو الوصول إليها أو نسخة منها أو تصحيحها أو إتلافها أو العدول عن الموافقة، بحسب الأنظمة والاستثناءات المنطبقة. أرسل طلبك إلى contact@shaya-partners.com بعنوان «طلب خصوصية»، واذكر قناة التواصل وتاريخ الاستفسار بما يساعد على العثور عليه؛ لا ترسل صورة هوية ابتداءً. نتحقق من الطلب بوسيلة متناسبة ونرد خلال 30 يومًا، ونبلغك بسبب أي تمديد يسمح به النظام. يمكنك كذلك تقديم شكوى إلى الهيئة السعودية للبيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي عبر منصة حوكمة البيانات الوطنية.You may request information about use of your data, access, a copy, correction, destruction or withdrawal of consent, subject to applicable rules and exceptions. Email contact@shaya-partners.com with “Privacy request” and enough information to locate your enquiry, such as the channel and date; do not send an identity document initially. We use proportionate verification and respond within 30 days, explaining any legally permitted extension. You may also complain to the Saudi Data and AI Authority through the National Data Governance Platform.

يسري هذا الإشعار من 1 نوفمبر 2026 على الاستفسارات الحالية وقياس الموقع. تُحدّث الصفحة عند تغير طريقة المعالجة، ويُوضح التغيير المؤثر قبل معالجة جديدة تحتاج موافقة.This notice takes effect on 1 November 2026 for current enquiries and site measurement. The page is updated when processing changes, and material changes are explained before new processing requiring consent.
